Ashlee Terrill is a young soprano with education in classical voice from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Temple University. Participating in both opera and plays, Ashlee has performed as Eurydice in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld, #14 in Sarah DeLappe’s The Wolves, Aninka in Hans Krása’s Brundibár, and various scenes from Mozart’s Le Nozze di Figaro, Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’Amore, and Strauss’s Die Fledermaus. She has also performed the popular “letter scene” as Alice from Verdi’s Falstaff and explored the role of Konstanze from Mozart’ s Die Entführung aus dem Serail in various scenes. At Temple, Ashlee was involved in Massenet’s Cendrillon as Spirit #2, covered Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, and performed as Giulia in Rossini’s La Scala di Seta. She has performed contemporary roles such as Ann Putman in Robert Ward’s The Crucible and Aunt Lydia in Paul Rouder’s The Handmaid’s Tale. Dedicated to making classical music accessible, She has worked with both universities for student outreach in the Wisconsin and Philadelphia school districts and for community concerts. Ashlee sings roles such as Pamina from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, Musetta from Puccini’s La Bohème, Massenet’s Manon, Donna Elvira from Mozart’s Don Giovanni, and Gluck’s Euridice.
